MINING SCOPE OF SUPPLY

  • Dragline shut downs. Approx. 8 years.
  • Dragline services. Approx. 10 years.
  • Manufacture and installation of all types of steel and stainless-steel work including:
    •     - Structures.
        - Walkways.
        - Platforms.
        - Supports and bases for pump and pipe installations.
  • Replacement of EH 3500 bumpers.
  • Maintenance of EH 3500 bowls.
  • Installation and maintenance of wash-bay pumps and piping.
  • Maintenance on all HME equipment, including all pumps.
  • Fire hydrant lines: New installations and maintenance.
  • Specialised welding on liners and lifting equipment at plant and mining side.
  • Maintenance on all Drill-tech equipment, shovels and PC machines.
  • Refurbishment of all HME buckets.
  • Refurbishment of dozer blades, including manufacture and supply of pins, keeper plates, special bolts and nuts required for these.
  • Repair of conveyor belt structures, chutes and hoppers, manufacture of new items when required.
  • Assist with Drew Boy installations and do repairs.
  • Manufacture and supply new cable tower skids, complete.
  • Manufacture and supply new Janus box skids, and new Janus Boxes.
  • Manufacture drip trays and do maintenance on oil skids.
  • Maintenance at reticulation Fuel Farm.

    • POWER GENERATION
  • Installation of a Dryer for the Force cooling Compressor.
  • Resin replacement project at the Water Treatment Plant.
  • Install Submersible pumps and piping.
  • Fugitive Dust Plant Upgrade.
  • Install a Closed Cooling System for the Force cooling Compressor.
  • References will be supplied upon request.


    • STEEL MILLS
  • arious new pump installations and modifications to pipe work to suit new pumps.
  • Manufacture and installation of new pipelines and modifications to existing lines.
  • Steel manufacturing as per supplied drawings, and installation of manufactured items when required.
  • Maintenance and repairs to, and shut downs on, blast furnaces C, D and N.

    • MUNICIPAL – WATER AND WASTE WATER APPLICATIONS
  • Maintenance at water and waste water treatment plants and pump stations.
  • Manufacture and installation of new pipelines and modifications to existing lines, as required
  • Manufacture and installation of waste water treatment equipment such as Screw conveyors, Camelback presses, Screens and Sluice Gate Valves in Stainless steel.
  • New pump installations and modifications to pipe work to suit new pumps.
  • Civil work.

    • MINERAL PROCESSING INDUSTRY – CEMENT
  • Liner replacement on ball mills.
  • Crack repairs on ball mills and other equipment.
  • Manufacture and installation of equipment such as screw conveyors, air slides, bucket elevators, fans etc. as well as repairs to the equipment.
  • Design, installation and load testing of lifting beams.
  • Chain and bucket replacement on bucket elevators.
